Non resolved issues

I have utilized the "chat with agent" 3 times in attempts to resolve the same issues.  Each time I have been informed that the issues have been resolved.  The issues are still not resolved!  I have contacted customer service at 800-934-6489 & 800-266-2278 and after long wait times have still not had the opportunity to speak to a customer service representative.  I have been charged for "equipment" not returned every month for over 2 years!  The said equipment doesn't exist!  I am being charged over $100/month for basic internet, no additional services, and I bought my own modem.  I am not renting any equipment.  I am looking for alternative internet providers in my area!

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
