Non Payment?

I am getting notices on my phone, and phone calls, about an unpaid balance but I signed up for autopay last I recall. I cannot make any payments until tomorrow (pay day) and can arrange that, but need to know how. I cannot get in the phone often. Please let me know how I can schedule payment if autopay was not enabled like I'd thought. Name is [Edited: Personal Information].

Hello, @user_2ale1n thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. Working from home myself, I completely understand where you're coming from with wanting to ensure your services aren't interrupted. I rely on my service being up and running to be able to do my job, and I've been in your shoes at times with checking to see if eligible for a payment arrangement. 

The easiest way to check if you're eligible is to log in to your account either online or through the Xfinity App. If eligible you'll see a message and the steps to set one up: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement

When you're logged in to your account, you can also confirm that autopay is indeed set up: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/setting-up-auto-payments

When you have time, can you log in to your account and see if you're eligible for a payment arrangement?
