No service

I’m writing to ask for a two-day credit. I had internet, cable & phone outages on 2/16/20 and 2/17/20. I was unable to call Xfinity to report the outage due to no phone service. Please credit my account for two days.

Hello, @Brooke142000, I will be happy to apply the adjustment for two days of service. Thanks for bearing with us until service was fixed. I know the time seems to stop when services out.  We just need a private message so we can locate your account and get this done! If you can include your name and service address this would be great.
