No service for a week-denied arrangement, requesting help
Hi,
I’ve been without Xfinity Mobile service for over a week since my line was suspended. I requested a payment arrangement and was denied. I’m also dealing with a $700 electric bill and cannot afford to pay the $400 phone balance right now.
I spoke with three different support reps who told me my phone service would be reinstated, but that never happened. I feel like I was misled and given false hope. This is my only phone line, and I urgently need someone to reconsider my case or offer some kind of hardship plan, split payment option, or temporary reconnection.
I’ve already tried chat and phone support, but no one has helped me. I’m asking that someone please escalate this and review my case seriously.

Hi, I didn’t realize this was a public forum — I thought I was submitting a private request. I’m hoping someone from Xfinity support can help me directly, as I’ve already spoken to multiple reps who haven’t resolved the issue. I’d appreciate a DM from an official agent when available. Thank you.
