No record of phone calls and say I am lying
Absolutely ridiculous!! My service was suspended yesterday, okay, call in to try and arrange something. After much hassle I get a live person. I speak with him (Ryan) about the situation and it is figured out that an additional payment will restore and secure services until the 14th of August. Totally fair. He restores it, we get disconnected and he calls me right back saying he just wants to confirm the date for the remainder and make sure it's in my account notes for anyone in the future - no problem. Wake up this morning - service suspended, so I call again. It takes 5 calls to get the system to route me to a person. I get a person, explain the situation etc, they inform me there is no record of the call at all or him calling me back, there is no record of any arrangement or discussion. Keep in mind they are the ones that processed my payment over the phone!! Said nothing they could to restore my services I would have to pay the remaining. I am not trying to avoid paying my bill I am in school full time with 4 kids, I have to push bills out here and there so I can buy groceries. I paid half the past due the day before which was more than I actually could but obviously need internet. Today after much discussion she agreed to transfer me, got the same information from the supervisor, no record of the previous day calls even though they restored service and processed a payment. They said it was restored for 24 hours... 24 hours was NEVER even mentioned by either of us the day before. The supervisor I spoke to today said quality would look into why they have no record of the prior days interactions but that nothing would come of it! So you can call me a liar and say that I made payments to hold service for 24 hours and somehow did this without talking to anyone?? Not going to do anything if you find a recorded call that shows I am accurate and you are in the wrong. This is awful customer service and awful business practice, you literally are the internet and remind us you're recording everything but now have no record of anything? Very concerning - also sadly looking for a new internet provider now. I have had xfinity since 2007!
