No notification promo period ending - priced jumped higher than other offers
I'm enrolled in auto pay. Saw that my internet price was going up $20 per month this month. Turns out my promo ended but I received no notice and xfinity auto enrolled us in a more expensive package. Called xfinity support. Was told there was nothing cheaper than what they auto upped my payment to. Asked to change plan but was again told that there were no other offers in my area which is bull. The website has a plethora of other options, including a plan that's identical to mine for less than what mine jumped to. What happened to the days when you could call and actually get customer service, or fair and transparent services? I think it's time to jump ship to stop putting up with this garbage service.
