Does Xfinity even care about there loyal customers? I pay 130$ monthly for just Internet! To add cable that would cost me 200$ a month or 170$ for just the basics. I keep getting told to check back for deals and their has not been any for the past 6months?!

That's what I have already done because when I click on new deals that's the only option I get is "build a new plan" .

My Internet is already the bare minimum in my opinion for the speeds I need and actually get so I can't decrease that. Therefore adding anything on to my plan would not be beneficial to me considering the prices. New members get a great deal while existing customers don't get any. <Edited: Inflammatory> we have no choice but to use these services.

Thanks for letting me know, user_ikyx5f. I see this happen at our Plan Builder when you have a grandfathered plan. Once you are in an updated package, the Plan Builder will work differently. Please allow our team to help further here.
