No help with customer service

I cannot get a bundle deal honored. I keep getting bounced from mobile to internet customer support. I’ve talked to billing support and a case has been opened and escalated allegedly but it’s been 3 months and I still cannot get correct pricing. [Edit: Inflammatory]

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
