No help, just charges
Back in November I had 20 days where my phone was not working. It was extremely frustrating and kind of got resolved.
In the months that have followed, however, I've got hundreds of dollars of charges for things that don't exist, devices and lines that were never ordered or received. So far I have done three lengthy customer service calls and the first two were put on hold for 45 minutes and then hung up and the last one didn't do any of the stuff I asked for. I'm so frustrated! Xfinity has taken hundreds of dollars for me and won't return it shameful m
