NO COVID HELP AT ALL I NEED A PAYMENT EXTENSION BY 9 DAYS AND NO HELP, THEY SAID SORRY NOT SORRY
I need to have my payment extended to next week, I said i could pay the full payment. NO. That is not enough. I have $5 in my bank account and the customer service said I should ask to borrow money from someone for my internet bill. SORRY. NO. I can borrow for groceries not my stupid internet. NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR COVID RESPONSE.
I might go elsewhere if I'm not contacted about this, this is crazy. They were rude. I spoke to three customer service representatives that fed me the same bull story. If you advertise that you will help during these times, THEN DO IT.
