No billing notification?
I usually receive an email titled "Your Bill is Ready to View". I have not received this for the past two months and my payments have been late because of it.
I thought maybe they'd been spam filtered, but they don't show up in my Xfinity account "Recent Activity" either.
Why did my notifications stop in August? I have them turned on.
It's disappointing I can't trust Xfinity to notify me on time or at all.
