No bill plus added late fees.

Has anyone ever not received their bill for one month and then got that bill with a late fee added on because you didn't pay? Also, how did do we go from being told we're paying ahead of time because we're on a payment plan to being we haven't paid our bill and we still owe? I've been paying $44 a month for over a year, and they decided to up my bill by $17 to $61.54 in January. Nobody was willing to give me any kind of deals or promotions. So I canceled my service on January 31st, returned the equipment on February 7th was told at that time, I owed nothing and I probably would get a credit back for the rest of the month i had already paid. However, this was incorrect because over a month later, I received a new bill in March that said, I owed the original $61.54, they did give me a $10.97 credit, and then added on a $13 late fee. So now I owe $63.57. This is crazy going from not owing anything and expecting a refund to owing $63.57 with no notices. This is ridiculous and I'm supposed to be a "gold" member ...

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
