No autopay discount for grandfathered in triple play plan
Have a triple play (voice, internet and cable) and because my plan is grandfathered in from 2021, Iam told I don’t get the autopay discount because auto pay started in 2023. This feels like a scam. Can someone please contact me and help me? Otherwise I will cancel and goto a competitor because $265 each month is crazy for these 3 things.
