No Autopay and paperless billing discount

I recent moved and decided to try xfinity as my previous internet provider was not an option anymore. When I signed up, I was told I would get a $10 discount per month if I used autopay through a checking account, which I set up the day I signed up. It has now been 2 pay periods without the discount applied. I cannot seem to chat with a person and the Xfinity Assistant does not understand my question or connect me to a live chat.

user_d32d03 Thanks for reaching out about your paperless billing and autopay discount. I would be happy to review the account to see why it hasn't been applied at this time. To confirm, you do have both set up at this time correct as the discount does require both active to apply? You mentioned autopay, but didn't mention the paperless billing.
