New Customer - Never Got A Bill

I started my service April 28, never recieved an email or paper bill letting me know when bill is due. I got curious about when it is due so I looked online and it says my bill is PAST DUE. I need to know when my billing date is and I do not want to be charged a late fee when they NEVER told me when my bill would be due. HELP PLEASE.
