New bill didn’t update
I changed my plan online and received an email confirmation with details on the change last month, however, I have been charged the old, much higher amount this month instead. It seems that the changes did not stick? Please advise on to how to get a refund for that difference and ensure that I will not be overcharged again next month.

Hello @user_l2yea7. Thanks for reaching out to Xfinity regarding your bill. When making changes to your package in a whole (adding or removing services, going into a different tier) customers must reach out to an Xfinity rep to get that done. When wanting an extra cable box, different cable modem or wanting premium channels like HBO, our customers can do that on their end.
