Thank you for reaching out to our team here about that account issue. If your username and email address is still attached to your previous account you would be able to unlink that at the https://customer.xfinity.com/ address.
Click the Account icon. Then select Account and Identity.
If the account you want to unlink has automatic payments, you need to turn off automatic payments before unlinking the account.
Click Xfinity ID and Security.
Scroll to Your Accounts to see the accounts your ID is linked to. Click Manage and link accounts.
Verify your identity to continue. You can do this with a notification sent to the Xfinity app, or a code sent through text or email. To unlink an account, click Unlink next to the account. If the account you want to unlink is the default account, first click the Make default button for one of your other accounts.
After unlinking, you will no longer have access to that account. Select Unlink Account to confirm you want to unlink the account.
