NEVER SENT A FINAL BILL- account inactive at this point in collections

switched companies. Was never sent a final bill for phone pay off- now my account is inactive, going into collections. The statement provided by Xfinity does not have the correct information I need for my new company. I’ve called endless numbers, went to multiple stores. NO LUCK. Very frustrating months later. When I chat Xfinity assistant they tell me I owe 0.00$ which is FALSE because Xfinity is trying to charge my card for over 1,000$. All im trying to do is get payment from AT&T for switching to pay Xfinity. How can you try and charge me without providing a bill!!!!???
