Never received my trade in check for iPhone replacement

December 15 I traded in my iPhone 13 Pro Max for 15 pro max. Tracking shows it was received Dec 23. I called numerous times. Got a escalation # [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Just keep getting the runaround

@XfinityAmira​ I have called 5 times. They opened an escalation in January. I never hear back. I have gone to stores too. They just tell me I have to call. I will be in process soon of having CBS2 investigators taking my case. I will be letting everyone I can to be warned about fraud at Xfinity mobile
