Never received a callback to cancel.
I've been trying to cancel my internet for the longest time. It is very hard to reach an agent to even speak with to cancel. I've been waiting 5 days for a call back. Can someone please give me a callback so I can finally cancel my service!?!? I don't live at this address anymore.

My issue has been resolved! I received a callback, although the retention office was closed, the agent was able to notify me that they shall call tomorrow for me to close out my account! I def would use Xfinity again, my only issue is I wish it was a little easier to reach a live agent! Thanks!
