Netflix

I have canceled Netflix more than once. I canceled Netflix with Xfinity more than once and Netflix. I checked to see if I get Netflix from my phone company( I don’t)

    I am still being billed 24.99 a month for Netflix and I don’t even use Netflix.

       What can I do? Can I get a credit or refund? Why is this happening?
