Netflix Double Billing with StreamSaver
Hello,
I recently noticed that I have been double billed for Netflix at $10 per month for the past four months, even though my StreamSaver bundle already includes Netflix.
Because Netflix is included in my StreamSaver subscription, the additional monthly Netflix charge should not have been applied. I would like to request a refund of $40 for the four months of duplicate charges and ask that you correct the billing so this does not happen again going forward.
Please review my account and confirm once the refund has been processed and the duplicate charge has been removed.
