Negative balance

Hi I am still being charged for service that ended a month ago. I now have a negative account balance. How can I stop being charged and get refunded?

Hi user_c83n65, I can definitely get this billing issue figured out for you. I can see why you'd want this finally taken care of, especially after a disconnection. Did you reach out and work with a representative to disconnect your service?
