Negative Balance on Unused Account - Refund to Card-on-File?
I no longer subscribe to any Comcast services, and my unused account has a negative balance.
I'm not sure why there's a negative balance. I'd like it refunded to my card on file (or, if there's no card on file, a check sent to my address on file.
Will that happen automatically or do I need to request it?
