Negative balance needing a refund
I received a paper statement from august 2023 and since I moved I didn’t receive it till now. I was just seeing how I’m able to get my refund from this statement.

@user_2i2xug Thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Forums. Typically, a credit will be refunded back to a customer the same way we received it. So if you paid with a credit card, it would go back to that card and the same would happen if you made your last payment via ACH. I would be happy to review your closed account with you. To send a "Direct Message" message:
