Need to unbundle to Internet-only - Accessibility/Chat request only
I just finished a chat with Shivam. He scheduled a callback to finalize my unbundle, but I am unable to take phone calls and need to complete this via chat/digital message.
I want to move to the $70/mo 1-Gig Internet-only plan with the 5-year guarantee and cancel my Popular TV package. Could an Official Employee please invite me to a private message to finalize this without a phone call?
