Need to terminate internet plan because Xfinity is not serviceable at my unit

A technician came to our apartment yesterday and said that it did not have Xfinity, so we would like to cancel our service and possibly get back our one time payment of $25 since no setup was done. Please help us with this as soon as you can, thank you.
