Need to send Xfinity support a private message about billing
Looking at other posts on the forum, the response to questions about large increases in monthly prices is to private message Xfinity support and negotiate a new contract/find new promotions.
I don't seem to have the option to do this. How am I supposed to contact Xfinity support about this?

We understand that change is always tough to manage at first when it's new. You can check out all of our current promotional plans and promotions through our plan finder after logging in with your Xfinity ID. There are often times when we run online-only or new-customer only specials so be sure to take note of the fine print as a lot of those online offers also include the $10 self-service discount for having automatic payments with your bank account and paperless billing active.
