Need To Reduce My Monthly Bill
I have been a customer in good standing since 1974. I have been retired for over 10 years. I have been paying the monthly bills which have risen considerably but it has gotten to the point where some changes have to be made. I was happy that I was able to take advantage of the ACP when it was available but of course that ended back in June 2024. I really need to reduce my bill because it has just become too costly. I would like to be contacted by someone from the billing department to give me some less expensive options. I would prefer not to do the chat so a phone call would be appreciated.

I wonder if anybody ever got back to you? I have the exact same situation, and if no one gets back to me and I can't reach any one on the phone to help me.I will quit them entirely. Especially since there are other options now
