Need to get credit for payments made through my bank but not credited to my account
I have now contacted customer support twice through the chat option, and each time I 1) have to start over and 2) have to explain over and over again that I am owed money because Comcast accepted money from my bank (and I have the proof from my bank that the payments were accepted by Comcast) but the payments were never credited to my Comcast/Xfinity account. I am owed a lot of money, or at least credits to my account, and yet every time I contact customer service through the chat I they at first 1) don't even know what credits I'm talking about and 2) eventually I am told I'll get my due credits by the next day. I have still seen no credits and no other updates.
Is there a phone number I can call or an actual email address with an actual person with power who can fix this for me? I am owed now, and have the proof, but I need to talk to a person who is not just a new chat staffer every time.
I've seen the posts here on using direct messaging, but I see no ability to do this when I look at my forum screen.
Any help is appreciated! I just want the credit for what I paid or a refund!

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_t5blw1! I know I’d be just as concerned if my bank account was charged, but the payments were not appearing on my account.
