Greetings, @user_igqeip! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about changing your billing dates. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
You can change your billing cycle dates online, as long as you have completed at least one billing cycle, and your account does not have a past due balance. All you need to do is log in with your primary Xfinity ID, click on the "Billing" card and scroll to "Bill Settings" > "Bill Due Date." From there, you can select your preferred due date from a drop-down list, then hit "Continue," followed by "Submit." You can find a full step-by-step walkthrough with screenshots on our support page here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/due-date-change
Please be aware, it can take up to two billing cycles for the new bill due date to take effect, and you will have one billing cycle that contains either more or fewer than the standard 30 days. If the cycle is more than 30 days, that bill will be larger than usual, and if it is less than 30 days, it will be smaller. Once you change your due date, you will need to keep those new settings in place for a minimum of six months before you can request another date change.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Our amazing community is always ready to help.
