Need refund for wrong charge again and again
I by mistake took the xfinity line while by apt only allowed at&t. i cancelled my services the sae day via calls with xfinity agents. After a month i was charged around $25 for xfiniy mobile service that came free with wifi but as i told i asked the person agent to cancel ever Remove my card and delete my account to which they said they did.
when i was charged i contacted them immediately somehow they refunded back my money but they deducted the tax- mind tou i did not even use the service and they wrongly charged me and still deducted tax. i again told them to remove my account and payment method and close all the services to which they said they did.
today i was charged $27.63 again for service i am not using at all - mobile service. My payment menthod hasnt been removed but they removed service and i am not able to connect to cfinity customer service now.
asking multiple times to remove my payment method cancel all services delete account but nothing from their end. this is pure scam i need my money back and compensation for all the trouble i have to go through in middle of night and get annoyed by this kind of service and wrong charge. I am afraid again they may or may not refund my money but they will definitely cut the rax and fool me again.
what should i do who should j contact for immediate assistance. I NEED MY MONEY BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND MY ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED FOR UPCOMING MONTHS PERMANENTLY.
i never expected i will have any trouble dealing with xfinity people or services. But this has been truly annoying now.

When you contacted us on the same day to cancel, were you able to speak with both the Residential and Xfinity Mobile teams, or did you only work with the Residential team? Did you have a conversation about keeping your phone number or porting it to another provider? Knowing that will help us better understand what may have occurred and point you in the right direction for a resolution.
