Need old bills from previous address for tax purposes

My wife and I moved in late August and can only access our billing statements since September, but we need the billing statements for each month of 2024 for tax purposes as we do contracting work on the side. Can you please help me gather those old billing statements?

Hello, @user_2q0jud thank you for taking time out of your day to create a post, you've contacted the right place for assistance with your billing statement concern. It sounds like you may have transferred your service with the move, when this happens your account number changes which could be why you only see billing starting in September. 

Did you by chance have the same phone or email address for the log in up to August? 

If you had different log in information, you can utilize that to log in to your old account and even link the 2 accounts together: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts. 

Please let me know if this is helpful for you to find the information you are looking for, if not we can work together to find the previous address information.

I had the same email and phone as I had for my previous account so I don't believe I can utilize the above link

user_2q0jud thanks for confirming. I was hoping you would be able to link the accounts from your end, but doesn't sound like that will be an option. Since I will need to gather some information to locate the account in question, and we don't want that in our public conversation.
