Need my transfer pin

I was hospitalized for months and my life went shambles and everyone else moved on including Xfinity and the number I brung to thier 10 plus years go they won’t give me access to the transfer pin information or give me payment  arrangement

Hello user_hvpteb, I am sad to hear about your troubles. We are happy you're here, and we are happy to help. I know getting the transfer pin can be challenging sometimes. Have you tried these steps?
- Request the security PIN yourself in the Xfinity app or on the Xfinity Mobile website (self‑service).
- If you can’t get it, turn off any message‑blocking apps (e.g., Robokiller), text START to 266278 and UNSTOP to 1‑888‑936‑4968, then request the PIN again.
 
If these do not work for you, we have other options.
