Need January bills from old addresses

Hello @user_36szfk, thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. I would be happy to review your old accounts and see where things are at with getting those finial statements. To get started, please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address.

To send a "Direct Message" message:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

I sent a DM to Xfinity Support.  I get no notifications that I receive DM responses, so I just have to check every so often.  After a long back and forth of them trying to send a 6-digit code that I never got, I finally get this from PeteH:

"Our department does not have access to provide old billing statements. Have you tried to visit one of our Xfinity stores to see if they could provide them for you? - PeteH"

"You would need to visit a local store for bills from a past address as digital agents and phone agents do not have a way to provide a bill print option. - PeteH"

What kind of support is Xfinity Support if they send you to a physical store just to get PDFs of recent bills??  Is it really this hard to get bills for an address that you just moved away from??
