Need January bills from old addresses

I had cable service at a house and internet service at an apartment.  I moved both of those services to our current house.

I didn't manage to download my last bill from each of those accounts at the previous addresses before we moved, and now billing history doesn't include bills prior to this month.

How can I get the January 2024 bills from the previous addresses?
