Thank you for choosing Xfinity and for joining the Xfinity Forums community, user_sdth45. I understand that managing a past-due balance can feel stressful, but you're not alone, and I am here to help. With Xfinity Mobile, you may be eligible for a repayment plan that lets you pay off your balance in manageable monthly installments, all while keeping your service active. To explore repayment options, simply chat with the Xfinity Assistant.
A few important things to know:
You won’t be eligible for a repayment plan if:
Your Xfinity Mobile line has been canceled or disconnected, or
You had a repayment plan in the last six months that ended due to a missed payment.
For Xfinity Residential Services, you can set up a payment arrangement to pay your past-due balance on a date that works for you, so you can continue enjoying your services without interruption.
Before setting up a payment arrangement, please keep in mind:
- You may be able to choose your payment date and add a payment method later.
- Xfinity On Demand and Pay Per View (PPV) purchases will be restricted until your payment is processed.
- If your payment arrangement is canceled or your payment fails, your service may be suspended.
If you need more time to pay your past due balance and are eligible for our flexible payment options:
Sign in to your Xfinity account.
Click Chat for options to start chatting with Xfinity Assistant.
Select Set up a payment arrangement in your chat.
Choose a payment date for your arrangement when prompted.
You’ll see a confirmation with a reminder to add a payment method to your payment arrangement by the scheduled due date.
I hope this information helps!
