Need help with unauthorized billing charges

I am experiencing unauthorized charges and plan changes on my account. I have screenshots and proof and would like to speak with a representative via Direct Message to resolve this.

How's it going @user_u9lkid I know it can be frustrating seeing unauthorized charges, rest assured we will never allow you to pay for charges that are not yours. I will be more than happy to go over your account and look over those charges for you. How does that sound?
