Need Help with Debt Collection Agency
Need help!! Keep getting letters & phone call from a debt collection agency that Xfinity hired because they say I owe them money. At first I was confused because I paid my last bill with Xfinity on October of 2020. When I call Xfinity about these letters and phone calls from the debt collection agency I am told I HAVE NO DEBT with Xfinity. I have tried everything possible and spent numerous hours in the Xfinity stores or calling customer support but no one seems to be able to make this nightmare go away.
I spoke with the debt collection agency and they believe my last and final payment that was paid with my debit card in the Xfinity store may not have been posted. I have also uploaded my bank statements to the debt collection agency website but I’m still receiving letters from them.
I need help I am loosing my mind and cannot understand why this is happening to me.

You can do so, by clicking on the chat icon, in the top right hand corner of your screen, and once you click on that icon, you should be able to search "Xfinity Support",which should then give you the ability to send us a message.
