Need help to cancel service!

No luck via phone call or chat. I have transcripts saved of chat support saying they had canceled my service yet I never received any confirmation and my account still shows active. Will escalate if I have to. This is beyond frustrating.

There is no Direct Message icon on your page. Tried on many different browsers. There are only bell icon and my account icon. I need to cancel too.
