Need help re: contract
Hello, I hope you're having a nice day and staying well. I really need to speak to someone about my bill - 10 months ago I signed up for a two year wifi and cable contract - 69.99 for the first 12 months, and 89.99 for the second 12 months. I've checked and the "non-promotional" price for this plan has since increased to 109.99 - a huge $40 increase from what I currently pay. This would be unaffordable to me even in normal circumstances, but I have also lost my job and a very significant amount of income, so this is truly not doable for me. Can I please speak to someone about freezing my current price? At the time I signed this contract the circumstances of this year were truly unforeseeable. Thank you for your understanding.
