Need help lowering my bill!!

My bill just went up $40/month.  I cannot pay the new rate...it's outrageous.  I've tried to get help lowering it via chat and on the phone.  All they say is sorry...nothing we can do...UNLESS you agree to mobile service.  The only way they can lower my bill is if I let them strong arm me into mobile service that I don't want/need???  I listened to an entire conversation that consisted of nothing but pushing their mobile service.  I've been a customer for decades!  No help for loyal customers???????  I've always been able to negotiate something, but this time they refuse to.  So, I finally have to cut the cord with xfinity.  Is there anyone to help?
