Need help lowering bill

I signed up for a promotion deal in 2024. The time came for the price to go up but $135 from $85 is ridiculous especially when i paid for the Gateway in full to avoid rental fees. Not only has the price went up the service got worse. Videos never buffered during the promo period now videos randomly freeze or take forever to buffer during rewind/fast forward. 

Now I’m checking different Wifi packages & I see my current package is listed at 119 before tax. I need my bill adjusted or I’ll be switching services that price jump on just wifi packages alone over 2 years is disgusting.
