Need help lowering bill

Hello, I have been trying everything. My bill went up by 50% and I need to talk to someone. I tried calling and got caught in an awful loop with the AI and the online chat was also incredibly unhelpful. I found this forum and am just trying to speak with someone directly about my bill.
