Need help, kids can't access online learning!!!!
I tried to set up an arrangement online to pay past due balance as of 11-07-2020. However, my services were disconnected today and my childen will not be able to attend school the rest of this week. I tried calling customer service and the xfinity online assistant chat but didn't get anywhere. Is there any way to extend my services until I get paid at the end of this week? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
