Need help escalating a billing dispute — charges continued three years after account cancellation
I need help escalating a billing dispute involving a disconnected Xfinity account.
Xfinity’s cancellation documentation shows that my last day of service was June 6, 2023, yet the account continued to be charged for more than three years.
I have documented $4,572.94 in post-cancellation payments from October 2023 through August 2026 using Xfinity’s own transaction history. There are also July–September 2023 transactions that I cannot access through the online system.
I have contacted Xfinity multiple times, but I have been referred between departments. Most recently, Billing told me that the maximum refund was $350 and directed me to an Xfinity store. The store then directed me back to Billing.
Xfinity has also recently placed a $347.40 credit on the inactive account, which I did not request.
I am requesting that this matter be escalated to Executive Customer Relations/Executive Resolutions for review of the complete account history and a determination of the full refund owed.
Please have an Xfinity Support representative contact me by Direct Message so I can provide the account information and supporting documentation privately.
