Need Help Cancelling Xfinity Service from Abroad (Can’t Call US #)
I’ve moved out of the US and I need to permanently cancel my Xfinity service, but I can’t use the usual callback system because I’m outside the country and I no longer have a working US phone number. I’ve tried the online assistant and chat and it keeps directing me to schedule a call, which isn’t possible for me right now.
Has anyone successfully cancelled their service from abroad without making a phone call? I’m looking for alternative methods
