Need help Automatic payments reversed

Hello, I set up my new account with auto-payment, which processed on April 25 - but today I got notification that the payment got reversed. I paid the due amount immediately manually.

There is no reason I see why the auto-payment got reversed - and needed a little help understanding what I can do to avoid such a problem in the future ?

Can you please help ? I can provide my account information. Thanks!
