Need help adding xFi Complete to current promo plan.

I am trying to add the $25 xFi Complete add-on to my existing promo plan. The automated chat bot refuses to connect me to a human agent, and I want to make sure my base plan and current discounts are not changed. Can an official employee help me process this?
