Need Help Adding My New Checking Account
I've tried for days to add my new checking account info, now I've exceeded all my attempts? Comast is frustrating the HECK out of me with their crappy & slow website, and my DVR also never works properly. I always get an error when I'm in the beginning or middle of a recorded show. Now you want to increase my bill by $12??!! Please fix these issues ASAP, or I am leaving Comcast for good!!!

Apologies for the difficulties with adding the new checking account info. Unfortunately we are unable to assist with payment information changes here. If for any reason you'd prefer to have one of our Xfinity agents assist and get the checking account information updated, please be sure to ask for any "sales" agent when calling in at 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489) or 1-800-COMCAST (1-800-266-2278) as they will be able to make those changes with and for you.
Any changes to charges are outlined on your billing statement and notification of any upcoming known changes to costs like some fees that Comcast collects on your behalf are listed on your bill prior to those changes. Taxes and some fees do not advise us of the changes locally before they take place or adjust as those can happen at any time. Your promotion should not be changing unless you have come to the end of a term of your promotion. Is that increase due to the end of the term of your promotion and/or agreement? If so, I can help look into that. But first, let's see if we can help anyone else in the community with your DVR issue.
Now, as far as the DVR goes, that I can look into! You mentioned there's an error while watching recordings. Can you share with me that error code and message?
