Need detailed help with a sudden billing issue

I've just received an email from Xfinity claiming there is suddenly a billing issue with my account. I’ve never seen this before after many years of successful payments, including my current bill which was paid in full on 02/04/2025.

The situation is apparently too complicated for your automated chat system, so what's the best way to get this resolved? It sure would be nice to be able to speak with an actual human being in instances like this.

Since this is rather urgent, in order to avoid errant late fees or service interruption I’ve gone ahead and sent details via a DM to “Xfinity Support”, which seems to be the standard route here. I'd appreciate a prompt answer via a return DM. Thanks!
